10. Test mode
Everything in this guide works the same with an sc_test_ key: same API, same contract,
separate chain, zero cost and no probative value (reports carry the "TEST" watermark and
verify in amber). Test data is purged after 30 days.
To exercise the hard cases without touching your real balance, force scenarios with the
X-SC-Test-Scenario: unpaid | unpaid_limit | rate_limited header on test calls.
Test mode is for integrating and testing, not for real workloads, and it has limits per account and day (UTC):

Past a daily limit the API answers 429 test_quota_exceeded with Retry-After until the next
day; what is rejected is not registered. A larger test certification answers 400.
